After experiencing back-up plumbing issues in my home for over a year AND after having 2 other companies come out and do their thing, of which the 2nd guy totally ripped me off, the problems continued. Steve came out, early mind you, listened to my issues and I explained what the past guys had done. Well, I instantly saw the light come on in Steve’s brain, it was beautiful. He went right to work, was done in about an hour, cleaned up after himself and I was actually delighted to pay the bill. Shoot, I kinda wanted to give him a tip! Everything is flowing, flushing and fantastic, with a warranty to boot!
